Why didn't we get the unused joke for Katarina?

For those who don't know, if you press Ctrl + 1 in the old legacy client on a champions ability overview it plays their joke. However, we you do this for Katarina, an unused joke is played:

"Killing is my business...fun is yelling SURPRISE"

Why did Riot scrap this as her joke? Compare it to her current one of "if you run you won't see me stab you". The one we have now literally sounds more like a taunt and I've always hated that about her. I'd much rather have the unused to take its place, since it actually sounds like a joke that most of the other champs in the game would make.

I like the unused one better, because of her splash art The splash are makes her look like she has goes insane during battle and this quote sounds like something Jinx would say, and we KNOW she is insane

Riot has a weird habit of getting rid of perfectly good voice lines

Another good example is from Azir's Trailer saying "This isn't even my final form" to me him saying that is amusing but despite having the line, they didn't use it (Timestamped link here https://youtu.be/zqH4AA-KEgQ?t=539 )

didnt she have another voice line that says "Evil Spelled backward is Live" which shows how she sees what she does as considered Evil but its what it takes for her to live.
