Obviously its going to closely follow Jinx and Vi, but who are all the other characters? Who's the apparent big bad guy? Who's that tattooed chick? Is the purple guy Mundo? And if so, are they going to rewrite his lore again? Is the dude with the cane and top hat Warwick? I NEED ANSWERS RIOT!
But seriously, what are your guys' theories on all this? Did you notice any other champions in the background? Am I too excited for this (probably)?
I doubt that Mundo will appear in it. He is on the list for a full VGU, so including him in this story would only limit riots freedom when doing said VGU eventually.
Warwick on the other hand was implied to be related to Jinx, so its likely that he could make an appearance.
Singed might have been shown in the trailer already same for warwick. Caitlyn's family painting was shown in their house most likely. So I think young Caitlyn is almost confirmed. Ekko is possible since he was together in a group with Vi. Camille could appear since it was hinted that she might have been the cause to why Vi was orphaned.
I think all the clues have been given to us this whole time. The only real mystery is what was this traumatic event that tore Vi and Jinx apart, causing Jinxs' psychotic break and Vis' long term memory loss.
Zaun is very much inspired by FF7s' Midgar and in that story something very similar happens to Cloud, where a traumatic event (Zacks' Death) + the work of an evil scientist and their chemical experiments (Hojo and the Mako poisoning) lead to Cloud having a mental breakdown (like Jinx and Vi) that makes him block out the trauma of the past and construct a new identity (Zacks' identity)
I'm not saying Riot is gonna rip off FF7, but the pieces are all in place to do so...
