A Champion I've Thought of: Part 3, 2: The Infiltration has begun!

Caisey "The Piltover Chameleon" Role: Marksman, Damage type: AD, Ranged There are many Piltover criminals worth to be afraid of, one such criminal is Caisey, given the title of The Piltover Chameleon, with the latest in cloaking technology, impressive acting skills, lots of technology, and a sniper rifle with him, it is almost impossible to tell the difference between him and whoever he is. He first made his appearance in a Piltover bar. He was posing a janitor at the bar. After a brawl which Graves started, he was casually sweeping when he overheard Graves asking if they had any Bilgewater Beer, Caisey soon showed his little stash of alcohol he had, giving him the beer. Eventually he left the bar and met graves again, revealing his identity and joining him and Twisted Fate as a thief, acting as ways to get past security without need of a fight, thanks to his impressive espionage ability and cloaking technology. After a while he left them in order to find something fun and new to do, he found messing around with Caitlyn the sheriff of Piltover to be a good way to have fun. He took up cat stealing to catch her attention, but try as she might he always fooled her with his impersonation skills, the only thing left behind was his signature calling card with a C on it. To this day she still hasn't caught him, and he's planning on making a grand attempt to show her up. -*- Promotional video: He's in a museum and he's walking around while talking about all the faces and the truth of them, then he steals an artifact and runs off.

Stats: Health: 670+55 Level 18: 1660 Health Regen: 1.36+0.12 Level 18: 3.52 Armor: 20+2 Level 18: 56 Magic Resist: 13+4 Level 18: 85 Attack Damage: 56+9 Level 18: 218 Attack Speed: (fixed) 0.7 Movement speed: 345 Data: 100% Data regen: It's mentioned in abilities that give Data, data is also regenerated giving 1% per basic attack and 50% per kill against a champion.

Passive 1: Silencer Caisey's rifle named silencer has 3 bullets and he will stop to reload for 3 sec. but he will have a 20% speed boost while reloading, as well as when he shoots his last bullet he'll gain 10% of the damage he did as Data. Passive 2: Espionage Techniques Caisey will never appear on the minimap for enemies at all unless revealed by true sight (aka items that reveal camoflauge) Q: Shock Trap Data: 20% Cooldown: 18 sec. Caisey will place down a trap that looks like any champion, allied champions will see it as a clear projector, enemies that attack it will cause it to send out lightning bolts to all enemies in a 700 unit radius dealing 80/120/160/200/240+(50% physical power) and revealing them for 3/4/5/6/7 sec. He can only have up to 2 out at a time, and these devices will be revealed for what they are with true sight.

W: Data Swiper Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 sec. Caisey will send out a type of boomerang that'll deal 90/130/170/210/250+(100% physical power) as well as will convert 20/25/30/35/40% of the damage as Data.

E: Decoy Cooldown: 22 sec. Caisey will channel for 4 sec. then teleport to target location anywhere within a 1000/2500/4000 unit radius, he'll leave behind a decoy that'll walk towards him, he can reactivate this ability to switch locations with it, but only once, and he can only do it within 5 sec. of porting before the ability begins to go on cooldown, when the decoy either meets up with him, dies, or when the ability goes off of cooldown, it'll dissapear, while the decoy is active Caisey gets a 1 time use passive called "Quick Hack" It's a 3 hit passive where if he lands all 3 within 5 sec. of each other he'll deal 40/60/80/100/120+(50% physical power) extra damage and silence them for 2 sec.

R: Espionage Data: 100% Cooldown: 30 sec. After reaching level 6 when he has 100% data he can transform into any enemy champion he wants, his allies will know that it's him, however, if there's a control ward or he gets hit by an enemy ability (he can't be hit by basic attacks) the disguise will falter and go on cooldown. He can use all that champion's abilities (except the ultimate) and will act exactly like that champion would, but when he starts attacking enemies he'll drop the disguise after 5 sec. He can reactivate the ability to drop the disguise early to immediately refresh the cooldown, but he has to get all the data back.

Description He is supposed to be very tricky to master and learn, he's good for mind games and can deal high burst damage and can be very tricky to kill at points.

Design: He wears a navy blue outfit with a fedora on his head with a kind of cross sight on it that connects to his sniper rifles cross sight when he wants, he wears a black scarf, he has combat boots.

Animations: Joke: He types something up then turns into random people ending with a ballerina before turning normal.
