A champion I've thought of: 3

Design: He has a mask with night vision (the eyes glow red when the night vision is active, he has a mechanical hood along with a mechanical scarf (they're monsoon green), the suit he has is navy blue and has lots of mechanical parts over the light section underneath along with padding on his elbow's and knee's, the arm blade's and scythe are black, the sniper rifle is similar to Caitlyn's but is more silver and has a laser sight on it. His splash art is him hiding up on beam waiting to jump some guards, as they look around and look where he is he goes invisible. Animations: His idle animations are 1) pointing his rifle all around the area 2) doing something of a scan of the area 3) him taking off his mask and inspecting it. when he enters the jungle his night vision will kick in and therefore his eyes will glow. when he enters the enemies section of the map his hood and scarf will kick in.
Yamove "The Predatory Wolf" Role: Assassin
Piltover has many people protecting them, one such organization is known as the Shadowhounds an underground organization who work with the police force to help gain information, assassinate targets, or steal valuable items from the enemy. One of their lead soldiers is Yamove who has been given the title "The Predatory Wolf". Once a kid who's father was a detective to Piltover however he didn't want his son too become a detective cause of the danger of the job however Yamove always felt that he wanted to be more than just a detective when he heard about the Shadowhounds he found out that instead of being the one who figured out who it was he wanted to do the dirty work and catch the criminal as well as help take care of threats for his home so as such he soon began training to soon become Shadowhounds most valuable soldier. He was eventually given a suit that had stealth, a blade that can heat up, an arm sniper rifle, 2 retractable arm scythes, as well as joining a science experiment that increases his normal abilities making him stronger and faster than usual. However after this he had to do something he never thought he would do he had to assassinate his father for treachery but during the assassination attempt he was caught and he had to deal with his father head on, after a full hour of fighting the son beat his father. He joined the league after taking up a contract to murder a target who was in league so as such he's keeping an eye on the target. Here is what his promotion video or whatever you call it is like * beeping Singed: Yes? Yamove: I got your message, what do you want? Singed: Ah yes good. Now what I want is that there is a murderer who's name is Jhin, I want him captured and delivered to me and i'll give you the money I've promised. Yamove: Got it i'm on the job. Beeeeeeeeeep Yamove: That man didn't quite feel correct I better keep an eye on him too. sound of running feet
Stats: Health: 480+50 per level Attack damage: 70+7 per level Attack speed: 0.845+5% per level Movement Speed: 355 Health Regen: 2.17+.33 per level Armor: 24+0.75 per level Magic Resist: 13+1.5 per level
Passive 1: Completely Hidden When Yamove hides in brush for 5 sec. he'll begin to stealth after 3 sec. he'll fully go invisible he will only be revealed when he attacks an enemy or if an enemy focuses on the map they'll notice it looks a little off as in it's a little warped since it's octocamo.
Passive 2: Hired to kill When Yamove talks to the shopkeeper they'll tell Yamove who they want assassinated if Yamove kills the target he'll earn double gold however he needs to wait 2 minutes before he can get another contract.
Q: Cone Slash Yamove Slashes his Scythes in a cone in front of him dealing 90/105/120/135/150+(50% physical power) Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 sec.
W: Heated Blade Yamove will heat his blade, now his next basic attack has 20% armor penetration and deals 80/100/120/140/160+(100% physical power) along with his normal power. Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 sec.
E: Shock Fire Yamove shoots bullets from his rifle in rapid succession, shooting a total of 3 fast moving bullets dealing 50/60/70/80/90+(50% physical power) per bullet. During this cast time Yamove can move with 50% movement speed Cooldown: 15 sec.

R: Predator Lethality Yamove tosses out a canister grenade that releases a massive gas cloud 700 units by 700 units after a .25 second delay. Enemies cannot see Yamove inside the cloud unless they enter if but enemies within the cloud cannot see outside the cloud. Wards, ally vision, and spells cannot grant vision inside the cloud. Yamove can go invisible if inside the cloud. Enemies loose sight of their allies who enter the cloud. If Yamove is not within the gas cloud, the cloud moves 50% slower. The Cloud will travel 1500 units before dissipating.
While in the cloud Yamove moves slightly faster and can reactivate this ability to jump from the cloud dealing 130/220/310+(150% physical damage). If he kills the target he will instantly rebound back into the cloud. Cooldown: 100/70/40 sec.
Description: he is supposed to be like a ninja as in you're very brittle so you need to have a plan and you can't go into a big group cause you're a very brittle champion. So you have to only target 1 man at a time.

Taunt: Yamove will point his blade at the enemy then draw his finger across his neck
