Wind Mage Concept? Don't make me think of a name....
I suck at naming things, and I'm unsure of how to balance the damage - so any help here would be great :).
I thought that a wind mage would be really neat as we don't have a lot of people who use that element in the game right now. Taking some inspiration from Ahri, as I liked the idea of a well rounded champion that could fit into a lot of comps but was hoping for a more team fight oriented/control mage who uses wind to control their own and enemies placement on the battlefield.
I think her ratios probably need to be on the lower side as theres a lot of safety and mobility within this kit, but I think it could work as she has quite low utility and i think her Q, her main wave clear shouldn't be amazing.
P: Momentum Name builds toward a toward momentum whenever she is moving. Once at full momentum, Name's next basic spell will gain an additional effect..
Q:
Fires a blast of wind that explodes upon enemy contact, dealing magic damage
Momentum Bonus - Increases move speed by 25% after casting
W: Forceful Gale Name knocks enemies back dealing magic damage. Enemies who are knocked into a wall by hit by Forceful Gale become stunned.
Momentum Bonus - the distance that enemies are knocked back is farther.
E: Fluttering Breath Name charges up a gust of wind and powerful force, moving backwards. Enemies she hits are slowed 20%. First Cast: Slows Movement Speed by 15% while increasing damage and dash range over 1.25 seconds. Second Cast: Dashes backward dealing magic damage and a 20% slow to all enemies hit.
When momentum is charged, the slow amount is increased to 40%.
R: Name summons 4 bolts of lighting that she can fire to deal magic damage. Magic damage is increased the farther she is away from the target she is hitting. When hit with one of Name's bolts the next bolt the enemy is hit with will fork and deal aoe damage to all enemies nearby.
(note, I think that the charges should have an extremely fast cast and recharge time, this should feel like a really quick skill to use.)
