New Support Champion
Had a concept for a champion that was really about protecting more squishy immobile targets from the increasing amount of mobility creep. This would really focus on being a champion for protecting the back line from being deleted without letting the enemy get destroyed in the process. Numbers are off and still working on the idea, but wanted to share and see if there was something to this idea !
Passive: When being reduced to 20% or below health, champion recieves the effects of her ultimate for 2 second. 30 Second cooldown (Note: i think to keep this from getting stupidly powerful and having a small cooldown, it would need to be so if they would die from a hit at 21%, this wouldn't occur. But if you get taken from 100% to 18% the effects would occur).
The idea of this is really to keep her from wanting to ult herself for protection, saving it for her allies.
Q - Creates a zone that slows enemies by 60%. After 2 seconds, the zone bursts knocking enemies inside the back and damaging them.
I like the idea of this being on a charge system, so that you can choose to create more zones if you need it with a decent recharge time.
W - Passive: Auto attacks and abilities on enemy champions expose a weakness. When an allied champion hits the target, they are slowed on the first hit from another champion and then on the second hit take an additional 5% health.
Active: Allied champion is healed for 5% of their Health for each target they hit. Lasts 3 auto attacks or 4 seconds. Passive is disabled during the cooldown.
E - Creates a shield around the target that doesn't block damage but creates a field that prevents mobility spells from being used and nullifies all speed increases and decreases on all champions within the zone. Lasts 3 seconds.
R - Removes CC on a target and pacifies that target. That target may move freely but not deal or take damage during the duration. Lasts 3 seconds. If cast on an ally their move speed is increased by 40
