What mechanic would you like to see in a champion

Id like to see a buff removal duelist, where his ultimate dealt a small amount of damage but removed all buffs on a champion(s), zhonyas, undying rage, jax ult stacks, ect...

Granted I realize how hard of a champion this would be to balance but it would be an awesome mechanic if they could do it right
