Why do people hate it so much?

The writing isn't half-bad, even if some episodes are cringe-worthy with their plots. They actually have decent references to the original Teen Titans and DC in general. If you were to do this show with any other group of characters, people wouldn't get up in arms about it...

Comparing it to the original Teen Titans is like comparing "Rock Lee and His Ninja Pals" to "Naruto" (Including Shippuden). It's not supposed to be the same, and absolutely no one said it's supposed to be a successor or replacement.

Disgaea creators, NIS, in a players guide apologized to the players. Why? For the sheer volume of hours you could put into the game and NOT access all the on-disc content, not including DLC they make!

1000+ hours is considered NORMAL. The max level for any character is 9999 and you can reincarnate them back to level 1 and have stored those previous levels making even more stupidly strong by leveling them back up to 9999 (multiple times mind you!)! 1,000,000,000 damage in one attack (and still not killing the enemy) is VERY feasible in this game series.

The woman who voices Pinkie also voices Twilight and also voices all of Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon since the 90s and also voices a shit ton of videogames too. Tara Strong is the lady, and she has voiced your childhood.

The Fiendish Codex is most likely a relic of the past. A scholar probably authored it using the notes of the Amplifying Tome. Jump a few years, and someone finds it after God knows how long after being lost. Morello uses the notes of the Fiendish Codex and the Lost Chapter to write the book of his namesake.
