New Spell for Supports
A spell that passively charges up gold. When you collect the gold it goes on a 2 minute cool down or if you kill a minion you auto matically collect the gold and goes on a 2 minute cooldown.

id be happy if the gold was just shared. last hit gets 100% friendly laner gets 15-25%
