Annie is Vi

Note before reading remember this is just conspiracy theories as of now and guesses.

It also shows fire coming out of Vi's hands hinting Vi may have the ability to use fire and is the way the robotic fists are powered. Also another note is a file being uploaded by the name "dead eye" can possibly be a refrence to Tibbers missing eye.

NEW UPDATE WITH EKKO: STORY: _ [Story may sound all over the place but it makes more sense and fitting with clues below, also this is just speculation and my version of events, the main reason for this post is to put things together and figure out if Annie and Vi are truly the same person.]_

Annie was left at Noxus her parents abandoned her to go North to Zaun to seek a new life. She was left with Tibbers and headed to Zaun to look for them. Possibly at around six years old Annie [VI] met with Jinx and Ekko, both around the same age. All 3 of them would get into trouble [along with others] and Ekko would save them using his time machine. None of them aged because of Ekkos constant rewind._ [Ekkos in game taunts show that Vi and Jinx were part of his crew, this means that all three were of similiar age and in the same group, Vi would have left first, then Jinx left leaving Ekko to stay the same age] Annie/Vi at age six joined this group and had Tibbers taken from her by Jinx. Normally Ekko would probably interfere but Ekko had a crush on Jinx [In game taunts suggest this] so she let Jinx keep Tibbers and Annie/Vi got mad so she left the group [possibly for the other group stated in lore at age 11] . So Annie/VI gets upset over this ordeal and begins to refer to herself as VI [Roman numeral for 6, can be the day her parents left her or Tibbers was taken_], not referring to herself as Annie the name her parents gave her since they abandoned her [Says so in lore]. When questioned about her name Vi would never tell people that its all over a teddy bear or because thats the age her parents left her, so she just says "it stands for Vi". Now Ekko and his crew kept getting into problems and soon after Ekko kicks Jinx out. He had a crush on her but she had to much of a passion for her guns. Vi ended up joining some bad people and got her self stuck in a situation in a mine. To be the hero or villain so she choose to be the hero. She used her fire power to power up some steam powered gauntlets that were left broken. [notice her fists shoot out steam ingame]. Now she finds out Jinx [the one who has Tibbers] is out doing all this vandalism and decided to join up with Cait, mainly at getting back at Jinx. The reason why Vi and Jinx and Ekko have such a weird time gap between each other reflects on the time the parted from the group since Ekko can rewind time. Vi left first Jinx second.

Proof:

Same hair color and style.

Notice Annie's eyebrows and Vi's eyebrows the same.

What about Vi's right leg? It has grey and black stripes but look at Annie's socks.. they striped too.

Is it a coincidence both Vi and Annie have same dress?

Annie had a bow in her hair Vi has goggles.

Vi's fists resemble huge hands much like Tibber's paws.

Arguments:

The eye colors are different but most of Annie and Vi's skins have different eye colors but it is still the champ champion. Another defense for this is a lot of times in anime especially when a person loses a power that persons eye colors would change.. so maybe Annie losing Tibbers made her lose a huge part of her power causing her eye color to revert back to her natural born eye colors. I feel Tibbers maybe a huge source of power for Annie.

Another argument is how come Annie doesn't attack with fire as Vi. BUT after farther investigation of this I realized Vi's has a temperature guage on her Fist that may be because her Fist's are actually powered by Fire and that is used to keep it going. When playing champions like Jayce Viktor or Blitzcrank you see electricity coming out from the weapons but Vi releases steam from her fists. Another thing to think about is Vi lost Tibbers and Annies Fire power is much weaker when Tibbers isn't in her possession. Maybe the very low amount of fire power Annie has was used to power up Vi's heat powered gauntlets. [They produce steam]

Final Argument is the time argument.. how are they both here at the same time? Well Ekko, Vi and Jinx were once on the same team. Ekko time travels, so anything is possible.

Extra:

Annie's lore says she from Noxus, Vi's lore says she was in the outskirts of Piltover at age 6.

Vi Lore

As a child growing up in the** lawless outskirts of Piltover**, Vi learned to rob and cheat to get by. Stealing and stripping hextech hardware gave her the skills of a master mechanic, while life on the streets taught her self-reliance. When she was six, a ragtag group of criminals took a shine to the young delinquent and brought her into their fold.

This above means Vi grew up in the outskirts of Piltover.. that would sound like Zaun. The ragtag group of criminals could be Ekko and Jinx, this also says she was 6 years old when she joined around Annies age.

Annie Lore

It is this same girl who now finds herself as one of the most sought-after champions within the League of Legends - even by the city-state who would have exiled her parents had they not fled beforehand.

This means Annies parents left Noxus.. most likely for Zaun. Annie just like Vi are both young and off to fend for themselves.

Jinx Lore

Though the young woman's origins were a mystery, some saw traces of Piltover hextech in her firearms, while others described the street fashions of Zaun in her dress.

This above sounds like Jinx was also from the outskirts of Piltover.. Zaun side.

Now first off if you look at the map of Runterra you will see that Annie's parents were first** introduced to each other in the Voodoo Lands**, they made a trek out over the mountains and finale they arrive in Noxus and have Annie. Now in the Lore it never speaks of Annie ever being of over the age of 2 years old.. and around this time her** parents were to be exiled from Noxus but they decided to leave on their own**.. where else are her parents to go but north? Or do you think they would turn back to go to the Voodoo lands the place that was so difficult for them to get through in the first place? So Annie, just like in Vi's lore was alone in her early child hood. In Vi's lore it says at the age of 6 a group of criminals took her in... Now it says this happened in the Outskirts of Piltover. Well Piltover borders Zaun and Zaun is the only possible other location Annies parents would have went after leaving Noxus. Is it a coincedence that Vi was taken in by criminals at the age of 6 [VI Numeral] and she has such a grudge against Jinx? Is it a coincidence her name Vi can also be roman numerals for 6 while IN HER LORE is mentions she was introduced to a criminal group at 6. VI's name has an extra meaning to it and this is what it got to be. The criminals took Vi in and one of which was Jinx. JINX took Tibbers! That is why Jinx has Tibbers in the video.

*Jinx had Tibbers and her being rivals with Vi... something seems fishy.. almost like Vi's main reason she after Jinx is because Tibbers is missing. Vi says she doesn't want to help Cait out but is helping "just to beat up criminals" I think its to find Tibbers also remember what Annie says "Have you seen Tibbers?" Annie always looking for Tibbers and Vi always looking for Jinx. Also a lot of confusion why Annie has fire power and Vi doesn't but if you read the Lore Annie herself made Tibbers and she herself puts Tibbers into doll form.. maybe when Annie doesn't have the teddy bear form she also loses her fire ability. When speaking about Vi: "One day, you'll come back to Zaun." "You forgot your roots, Vi." "Hey, sellout!"

When speaking about Jinx: "I had a crush - until you started talking to the gun."
