Games can take too long, can we have a new map that's essentially summoners rift but smaller?

It would be the same premise, three lanes but only 2 turrets in lane. More bushes than usual. and about 3/4 or 1/2 the size of summoners rift. Experience gain is doubled from assists and kills but normal otherwise. It's all about fast paced decision making and I'm sure these games would only take 20 minutes at the most.
