Gew'Len - Ghost of the Void

"My body was remade when I was thrown into the void, it actually killed me. The void is a dark place, you must never go there. Everything that comes from it is riddled with obsession. It tried to change me, and I resisted. It succeeded anyways. I cannot explain how, but I am living beyond my body. I have become death, I will seek revenge. I will seek revenge. Who did this? Who threw me? I am soul, I am eternal. Who made me? I can't see anymore, there is blood on my breath. Breath? Breathe? I can't breathe...** I am suffocating**"

(Appearance) small void-like girl with a ghostly aura and transparency. Long hair down to the ground, pale expression, no eyes. A small light follows her and is unexplained, which Gew'Len has simply named "wisp" (Role) Mage, Manipulator identity The true ghost of the battlefield, untouchable, haunting, a nightmare. (Abilities) <Pas.> Shiver - Gew'Len can move through units, when she comes into contact with an enemy she applies a 35% slow for 1.5 seconds. 3.5 second cooldown.

<Q> Hauntmare - Passive - Gew'Len only takes 50% duration from fears Active - Dashes a short distance and fears an enemy for 1 second. If Gew'Len autos the feared enemy she inflicts 75/100/130/150/180 +30% ap as magic damage. If she doesn't auto attack the enemy she gains a spell shield making her a true ghost of the battlefield. 10 second cooldown all ranks.

<W> GhostWalk - Merges with a wall for 1.5 seconds becoming untargetable by direct damage and then clicks to appear on whichever side of the environment she chooses. 18/17/16.5/16/15 second cooldown.

> I just want to clarify, this is a dodge to any direct damage. Gwe clicks on any environment she can touch and merges with the side of a wall. After 1.5 seconds she basically can appear at any other side of the environment she is inside.

<E> Soul Bond - Has different effects based on enemy or ally cast. Direct damage tether cast. 12 second cooldown all ranks. Cast on enemy: Reaps the enemies life force dealing 50/65/85/90/100 +25% ap per second for 4 seconds, heals Gew'Len for 75% of the damage dealt. Cast on Ally: Rips 10% of Gwe'Lens health and heals the ally for double + 5/7/9/11/13% ap over 4 seconds.

<R> Will o' the Wisp - passive - When an ally champion or enemy champion dies, consume their soul (stand on their body for 4 seconds) and gain 1 stack of Will of the Wisp

active - consumes all Will o' the Wisp charges (5 charges max) and throws out wisp in a line. The first enemy it hits is inflicted with 75//125/150 x (will of the wisp charges) in true damage. If will of the wisp kills the enemy, only one stack is consumed and after 5 seconds will of the wisp can be cast again. 220/200/180 second cooldown.

> Something to note, the spell wont do 0 damage if you have 0 stacks, you simply cannot cast it until you obtain stacks. After 5 seconds will of the wisp can be cast again, but this time you will have 1 less stack, if you manage to obtain another kill with this reset the same effect applies. Lose another stack and cast again in 5 seconds. Note: You will have a short period of time to cast this spell again, like 5 seconds.

Gwe' should have a lot of interactions with void based champions, especially Kassadin and Malzahar. She also has some unique interactions with undead champions, Kindred Sion Thresh Yorick and Karthus

this is her DANCE!!!

Will-o-the-wisp, or will o' the wisp, to start with.

also, Voidling names generally mean something. Cho'gath is a play on the word "shoggath" which is an eldritch god's servant, and kog'maw literally means "void mouth" in ryllian.

Other than that, I really like it.

Where were you imagining she'd be played? Support? She has a passive slow and a decent heal, and Ghostwalk would let her roam quickly to help midlane or jungle. Or mid? She certainly has the damage, and a roaming mage can be scary.

Very cool concept :) I would love to see RIOT use this!

I do have a question though: Are you sure about gating her ultimate on killing enemies? What if her team falls behind and doesn't get kills or she doesn't have opportunities to get wisps?

My only gripe is that your Champion has nearly nothing to do with the Void and seems to just be a ghost girl

All of the Void creatures have the thematic concept of "consumption" (Kog, Cho), or at least evisceration (Vel, Rek, Kha)

All Void-influenced Champions have some sort of "portal" effect (Malzahar's passive, Q and Pool, Kassadin's Ult) or some sort of dark magic (Malz's E and R, Kassadin's Q, E). Bonus points for a void weapon (Kassadin's W)

Your ghost champion fits more thematically as part of the "nightmare" realm (like Nocturne)

This is actually really good, I just think the cooldowns are a little high.
