Singed Singed

Basically a pyromaniac style skin for singed, he'd have a flamethrower on his back, summon a ring of fire for his slow, his throw would set the target on fire visually, his poison indicator would be flames, and his ult would be him pouring oil onto his flamethrower for bigger flames.
