{Buff Sugesstion}- Soraka

What's up League Community. I just wanted to get everybody's opinion on a very small, but maybe effective chance that I thought would be perfect for Soraka mains. I suggest that the 10% Health Cost spent while using Astral Infusion could automatically heal ANY Champion's health by 10% of their Max Health, plus the healing of the spell.

So basically Soraka sacrifices 10% of hers. for at least 10% of yours to get restored. This would be a great way to keep up with allies such as Top Lane and Jungle Tanks who are killing you in Gold income and your heals just arent doing anything to help the stay ahead. I think I remember hearing that Riot doesn't really like Healers in league awhile back. But with the Mobility what so many Champs got now-a-days. Soraka is just a sitting duck and I feel like this change could make a huge impact.
