Constable Trundle (And How it should be!)

A couple things should have been done to Constable trundle (and they are pretty easy, but adding them would improve the skin so much)

First:

His ult: He blows a whistle (Like one of the old fashion whistles that the old bobbies, aka British cops, would blow when chasing criminals)

His W: Now has crime scene tape around it! (WHY WASN'T THIS A THING?!)

Do those 2 changes, and the skin shall become so much better!
