Has been quite a long time since I have heard anything about this skin, and I am very surprised it hasn't been released by now.....where did it go?

I for one really thought it was an awesome idea.
Id rather have Grand General Swain cause it suites his lore soooo much... I forget which article it was, somewhere around 130's. Tells about how swain took control of noxian military and darius shines his cane now.
Another thing that I want is Full Metal Swain.
But I can't draw xD
Go on google you can find TONS of dragon master swain skins though. :)
