(UPDATE #2) Mina-The Artist Of Bandle

(Sorry i'm really bad at drawing and my camera takes backwards ugly pictures, worst case scenario ;w; sorry but thats what i got...) (This is update #2 of Mina's concept, i got some AMAZING feedback from people who are very nice to help :D i'm here updating A LOT, she now has a lore ALL CREDIT GOES TO whValentine on NA sever, and as for abilities, help comes from many people including whValentine, Nesmith, and ANTYMATTER. Have fun reading the update, i hope you like it! :D )

LORE

Mina's the youngest in her family of five. She was born into a house of creativity where walls were adorned with realistic and surrealist images, bookshelves were filled tightly with literature (half of which was written by her elder brothers), and the air was always sweet with the delicate melodies her mother would compose.

It was only natural Mina would find her creative gifts early in life. Mina flourished with a brush in her hand. She would paint on canvas, on walls, and even on the rocks and trees of nature if she had nothing else. Before she was 10 it was impossible to walk the streets without seeing one of her inspiring paintings adorned on a makeshift canvas.

*Around this time, Mina was wondering around a forest near Bandle looking for a perfect spot to paint, carrying a lucky brush she takes everywhere with her, her and her mother carved it from wood when she was only 6 years old. and it still worked like a charm. As she wandered deeper into the woods trying to find that perfect spot. she stumbled upon a whimsical place... *

The Glade Filled with so much color, vibrance, and fae creatures she had never seen before in her life, they welcomed her, she then met the whimsical yordle by the name of Lulu, who had been there since forever as Lulu described herself, they let her stay for quite a while, Lulu welcomed her as well as the fae creatures. Lulu knew they would be best friends, as both were so silly and whimsical and LOVED colors they just fit together, Lulu enchanted Minas special brush giving it the power of spells, and ability to cast color upon anything she desired.

After being in the glade for so long, she realized very suddenly like Lulu, who forgot to remind her. That she had a life back in Bandle City, a special life in which she lived, loved, and experienced. She left to go back, but by the time she returned her family had passed... in fact the whole town was... empty. walking through town, it was quiet. and lonely, yet still her art was all over the city. she found a poster tagged on the side of an old business building. her face was on it and it read out, "Missing 400 years, the long lost artist of Bandle who we loved and miss. May her art be displayed with pride and beauty" a tear fell from her face, as she went insane, splashing paint all over the city with the beautiful paintbrush her and her mother carved together as she was a child. the city, now covered in paint had been practically demolished. she couldnt live with herself knowing her family and friends werent with her, to support her or love her the way she needed to be loved, she decided to join the League of Legends, to show her art to the world and become the best artist who ever lived. and never let her art die off.

Thats what i have for the Lore so far, once again credit to whValentine for the great lore start off :D <3 * Lets get into abilities then ^_^ these have heavily been updated!

Abilities

Passive-Paint Trail/Artist Block Unlike many champions Mina has 2 passives, Paint trail, and Artist block. Paint trail-When Mina hits an enemy champion with an ability, it least a bit of paint on them, and wherever they walk for the next 3 seconds in will leave a trail of paint, then dissapears after 3 seconds, this paint also grants vision of the trail and enemy champion hit.

Artist Block-While out of combat, Mina's Mana goes up a little but quicker than usual, as if she is thinking of ideas while not fighting with her skills. do you get it? :)

Q-Splash Of Color This ability stacks to 3 different colors when using it going in order from Yellow, Blue, and Red! the ability itself shoots in target direction and goes out with 1200 units of range deals damage to the first thing hit, along with the bonus depending on the color stack. The effects of color come with the stack, per 3, like i said it goes from Yellow, to Blue, to Red, each doing a different thing. Yellow-Striggers an AoE splash dealing a small amount of damage to enemies behind the enemy hit. Blue-Applies a scaling slow Red-Leaves a bleed that dies off over 3 damaging strikes, just like ignited, but less damage if not a lot in her AP scaleing, ex.her build, runes masteries. but otherwise works like darius's bleed or fizz's :)

• Damage-60/80/120/160/210 magic damage
• Cooldown-11 Seconds
• Mana cost-60/80/100/130/150

W-Spin Splat Mina spings around her brush about 300 unites range in a circle, knocking back enemy minions, monsters, or champions, except baron/dragon. knocking them back 100 units

• Damage-40/60/80/110/140 magic damage
• Cooldown-9 seconds
• Mana cost-90/150 @lvl 16

E-Recolor Mina changes up the colors on a champion dealing damage and silencing them. 800 units range

• Damage-80/120/160/200/240(+0.6 AP) magic damage
• Silence-1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/ 2 seconds
• Cooldown-15 Seconds
• Mana cost-70/100/120/180/210

R-MASTER PIECE Mina jumps to target rectangular area of 375 units range, 700 units long, 500 units tall is the shape of the rectangle and size, it deals instant damage while mina splashes a bunch of abstract shapes and colors in the rectangle (rectangle suppose to resemble a paint canvas.) also stunning the enemy for 1 second

• Damage-200/345/450(+0.75 AP) magic damage
• Cooldown-125/100/90seconds
• Mana cost-155/125/100

Thanks to everybody who helped me develope these abilities, sorry if they still aren't what you were hoping, i'm a bit caught up in stuff atm, so it's hard to think too much, but you all know who you are and thank you <3 :)

Appearance is as i said before, i drew a picture but it is bad ;A; i'm not very good at drawing and my camera takes bad pictures and the picture was taken backwards for some reason, but thats the best i could do ;W; all art is appreciated <3 but the appearance is going to be copied and pasted and maybe some touch ups, so here yah go <3 her skin is a peachy tan is color, i love the idea of your stuff Nesmith, but i'm horrible at drawing so i just drew what i thought would look cool LOL but i definitely needs updating and the image is hard to see... anyways yeah, long brown hair, in a braid, with parted bangs, and her tip of her braid dipped in paint to look like a paint brush lol, and big eyes, same ears as tristana kind of, and she would have purple eyes, and her clothes are blackish grey pants and beige with paint spots all over them. she has a little shirt piece that goes down to mid chest and has short cut sleevs and long under sleeves in which are black, and open fingered black or brown gloves, she also has a bad with art tools in it, and an easel on her back with a canvas on it. and a small string/rope thats on one side of her hip in a loop with a few more utencils on it, paint tubes/paint brushes etc...
