Ambroise, the Plague Doctor Full Name: Ambroise Pare

Ambroise is a mage/support caster

Appearance: Ambroise dons a black trench coat with a cape covering the left side of his body. His head is completely covered, the back wrapped with a thick cloth, while the face is covered by a mask resembling one of a Plague Doctor. He wears a black, white rimmed hat. He has leather gloves and torn, brown boots. He holds a cane in his left hand. He attacks using this cane.

Lore: A clinic sat between the walls of a clinic. It had a single sign, wooden and crooked, marked with a single word--"Doctor". In Bilgewater, a sight was rare to see, yet heavily sought for.

The door opened. A bell jingled on the entrance.

It was a boy. He was dragged in, splotches of white and red covering his skin. Pus poured from each pore created by the decaying flesh. A man, showing early symptoms of the disease, accompanied him.

"Please, you have to help my son! It's already gotten his mother-- we're next!"

The doctor did not know what to do. He stood up, walking towards his cabinet of sorts of medicines, herbs, and tools. Bottles of murky liquids were pushed aside, revealing only more and more of the same. He grabbed one after another, eyeing the labels. None would suit what he had seen.

The man, impatient, pushed aside the doctor and began to scavenge through the glass. He hoped to find something, anything , to cure his son. The doctor was on the floor, looking up.

He found a bottle. It brought a rancid smell to the room, but no one seemed to care. With an open mouth, the boy gulped on the contents. The man watched in despair. The doctor watched in impassivity. He stood up, walking back to his chair.

The boy began to feel the effects. First, the coughing. With the coughing first came the liquid, then blood. Then came the screaming. It was unendurable. Shortly after, he fell to the floor and gave his last breath.

"That will be the standard rate..."

But the man did not hear him. He fell onto his knees and knelt over the vessel. Sobbing came, but then he clenched onto the cloths of the body. It was at first of agony, then anger. He erected himself and turned to the one sitting.

"You did this... You.. did this. You could have saved him, but you did nothing!" The volume escalated with every word.

"I did nothing. You killed him yourself. Now you pay the standard rate."

The man, furious, grabbed a bottle by its neck and swung it at the doctor. He easily dodged it and reciprocated with a kick to the shin. A bone shattered. Whether it was the force or the illness, it did not matter. He fell to ground yelping and writhing in pain. The doctor stood there, watching.

The door smashed open and a single body was carried out. The doctor looked out, seeing several bodies against the walls. He turned back to the boy on the floor.

He grabbed the mask sitting on his counter, a few bottles of his own choice, and left his clinic. He left the alleys, looking for a patient.

I like the idea, but the numbers need to be toned down a bit.

Reduced several numbers in Ambroise's kit and changed the passive. This is the old passive:

Every 120/105/90/75/60/45/30 seconds (Levels 1,3,6,9,13,16,18), Ambroise crafts a potion and stores it in an external slot (similar to the GUI of Kindred's Mark). He can use it for himself to hand to a nearby allied champion. In addition, all potions used on his team also restore 0.5% missing health every second.

Ambroise's Flask: Restore 150 + 20 per level Health over 15 seconds. In this duration, the target gains increasing movement speed, starting at 5% and ending at 25% over the duration, as well as shield that builds up to 150 + 30 per level that builds over the duration.

and changed it to:

Every 60/54/48/42/36/30/24 (Levels 1/4/6/9/11/13/16) seconds, prepares a flask of medicine for himself. After standing still for 3 seconds and not full health, Ambroise will consume the drink, gaining the effect of Ambroise's Flask.

Ambroise's Flask: Over the next 18 seconds, Ambroise will regain 35/60/85/110/135/160/185 (Levels 1/4/6/9/11/13/16) + 20% of his missing health. While near an enemy afflicted with Harrowing's Plague, Ambroise gains 15% movement speed.

Targetting an ally with this passive felt weird and happened too irregularly in the early game, so I changed how the potion works and that you can only cast it on yourself. You now have to immobilize yourself to gain the effects of the potion, but you will gain movement speed while near enemies afflicted with Harrowing's Plague.

I also added a delay on a prayer, because a prayer takes time to say.
