A Way to Make Bard More Reliable
Bard has two different crowd control abilities, one being his Cosmic Binding and the other being Tempered Fate. Tempered Fate affects both allied and enemy units alike, but his Q can only hit a maximum of two targets. His Cosmic binding can be a great stun against enemies who are against walls or near other enemies, but in an isolated situation, the target is impossible to stun.
I have proposed a new mechanic involving his Caretaker's Shrine and Cosmic Binding. Bard's Cosmic Binding should be applied to his Caretaker's Shrine, allowing Bard to stun a single target that is away from a wall.
In order to use this mechanic, a Bard must place a Shrine BEHIND his enemy and then fire his Cosmic Binding, hereby creating a risk/reward situation. If Bard places the shrine behind the target while it is running away from Bard, it can destroy the shrine before the Cosmic Binding can stun the target. On the other hand, if Bard is able to land his Cosmic Binding fast enough to stun the target, the shrine will still exist.
TL;DR Bard's Caretaker's Shrine should apply with Cosmic Binding.
Also, his Cosmic Binding should automatically ready his Shrines for maximum heal.
