Soraka Rework is No Fun

I used to be able to play soraka as a mage or as an adc. but now i feel like all i can do is play her as a support and literally only build her health regen and some utility items. Its so boring being forced into this small corner with Soraka. I used to do joke lanes with friends, where I would adc soraka and they would ap sona, or do adc sona and it could do relatively well. Even being able to play soraka mid was fun, maybe a little overwhelming but I liked that after spending countless hours in botlane i could take my a champion and be comfortable in mid with something i know.

I just i dont know how to get back to having fun with Soraka, She was my fun goat who was such a troll but could also be there for teammates maybe if they deserved it.
