Anivia Bug Egg Stuck

I have included a gif of how anivia looked like in the game. Basically what happened Warwick had smitted the anivia and ulted her, when she was really low and she died, however she had egg up but it didnt go off and it basically skipped the egg passive but the passive also went on cooldown. The death timer ended and when the anivia spawned, it spawned as the egg. She could still use all her spells but she couldn't auto attack.
