Yh riot is quite known for teasing champs. I mean Gnar got teased on Hazamat Heimerdinger in his story, Vel'koz got teased in creator Victor's splash art and zac got teased on battle bunny riven's splash art. But that women on ez's shoulder is most likely Lux.
I still think the one holding the tray is syndra but even if it is I doubt she will get a skin out of. Generic dark clothes is already close to her classic lol.
