forist2 votesWouldn't go that far buddy. Popularity-wise there are only 3 assassins less popular than talon atm and 2 are pretty much played exclusively in the jungle. I can count at least 12 assassins that are currently higher in popularity than him.

Mafioso Katarina, Mafioso Swain(The Godfather?), Mafioso Darius could be the huge badass enforcer guy? Or could just be a line for assassins. Mafioso Zed, Mafioso Fizz, Mafioso LeBlanc, along with the Mafioso Talon?

Skin or not it would be nice to see some minor buffs for him.
Now that he don't cut throats he could jump to friendly wards and minions for example.
