Secret Service would be better for Talon. It can go with Xin's recent skin of the same concept.
i would be a good skin but i think on a lore stand point there only giving debonair skins to the "good sided" champs form piltover and demacia. Its the only way i understand why there making debonair galio
Doesn't look like a debonair though. Just looks like Michael Jackson. Who, in the video, is trying to look like a sophisticated criminal type person, not just a sophisticated person.
I know that's kind of confusing, but it's a subtle difference that goes a long way in terms of design.

I think the Debonair skin line is for Piltover champions only. Not sure if they would go for this.
I could see a Mafia Talon skin however.

Its funny how I like Talon and I think he is balanced but I don't play him because there is a ton of champions stronger than him that are very popular.
Skin or not it would be nice to see some minor buffs for him.
Now that he don't cut throats he could jump to friendly wards and minions for example.
I can see a kind of mafia talon. Like he has the suit, the switch blades, and he will look cool while doing it.

For a name of the skin line, how about Mafioso Talon. To contrast the Mafia ADCs, you could have Mafioso Noxus champs maybe? Mafioso Katarina, Mafioso Swain(The Godfather?), Mafioso Darius could be the huge badass enforcer guy? Or could just be a line for assassins. Mafioso Zed, Mafioso Fizz, Mafioso LeBlanc, along with the Mafioso Talon?
