Utility champion

Not writing specifics of a kit because I am too bored.

The idea is a champion incapable of dealing damage, due to low base ad and no spells that have innate damage, but one with incredible utility.

Ideas include Removal of the maps terrain temporarily Ressurection of dead allied champions Tethers between you and an ally that act as impassable terrain to enemies Stoppage of time
