A lot of coding, but more work on the particle art department. They already know how to implement it (Ashe and Jinx) and it's probably a pretty simple implementation (simple boolean check if buyer is Ashe then use alternate Ashe projectiles, if Jinx then use alternate Jinx projectiles), but the particle art team would need to create the art for each champion they want to do this with, and that takes way more time than the coding.

I see no negatives to this change. I only see positives. It'll also help a bit with clarity regarding damage from unique projectiles by Jinx (rockets) and Draven.

Plus - More bananas. More Vitamin C. Rito pls.

That's a terrible idea, even if it is just a meme. It would make it extremely difficult to tell what is the real attack, and what is from Runaan's. Remember, clarity is one of the most important things to have in this game.
