Can we get a Skin to and for the support of the Victims in Paris?

This popped up in my mind when I remembered what Bungie did with Destiny when Nepal had that earthquake.

Lets get a skin for a champion (In my mind Im thinking ) That costs a amount of RP (lets say 750)

Name it something like Paris Aid Irelia (or whatever champion) Im not good with names so thats all i got

Then have all the money used to buy that skin be donated to Paris

That sounds good to me.
