Yep. redownloaded it and I still have this problem. Rito's power patches
I think I figured out the problem. When I was loading it on my computer and was at the 33% part, it also was running everything else slower (internet, youtube, etc.). On the other hand the last 2 patches almost instantly went through. My theory is that the patch was so big that it made computers take a dump.
