If anybody here played Infamous Second Son, you know what i'm talking about ! The main character in that game and Ekko fit perfectly, and i love the Neon Strike idea but only Vi has got it so far... Honnestly, with all the trails and particles Ekko has, this would be the perfect skin for him, it matches 100%

I hope Ekko Gets a Legendary Skin Hopefully when he dances he starts rapping hahaha I was thinking something like 2pac and Neon light u know we cant steal copyrighted stuff XD But ekko is due an amazing Skin I hope this thread gets more likes
