Can we get a kassadin skin that actually gives him new particle effects?

he has harbinger skin which offers no particle effects whats so ever yet its worth 975rp, it says its based off if he joined the void, Void fizz is a skin based off if fizz joined the void and has so many particle effects. Kassadin is my favourite champion and it sucks that I main him and yet he has no skins that have particle effects so it feels like utter crap. So even if the skins more than 975 I would buy it straight away
