His W is really useless other than using just to try get away and use it to slow, leveling it up always applys 2 stacks and only slows more and his E is basically what kalistas E would be if he wasn't used and nerfed in lcs and his q buffs didnt do much other than try make him an assassin. I thought of a suggestion that his W could also burn through there armour since hes throwing toxic
I agree that the ability is weak but twitch in generally really isn't that under powered because of the insane power loaded into his ult. So i think that he doesn't need a buff.
No he doesn't. He is already sleeper.
Twitch doesn't need any buffs.
When you buff champs who are already balanced, you end up with bullshit like Lux and Kog.
Twitch is supposed to be weaker early game, hes a late game hypercarry ADC assassin. When he's ahead, its very hard to dual him since his stealth gives him the element of suprise. I'm not complaining about it, thats what he's meant to do. I dont think he needs buffs.
