His W is really useless other than using just to try get away and use it to slow, leveling it up always applys 2 stacks and only slows more and his E is basically what kalistas E would be if he wasn't used and nerfed in lcs and his q buffs didnt do much other than try make him an assassin. I thought of a suggestion that his W could also burn through there armour since hes throwing toxic

can you play him first? if hes win rate is like that then you would see him used more than the same adcs that are used every day, lucian, kalista, graves, literally the only 3 that are used because of how ridiculously powerful they are

I do not play the adc role, but you are going to be hard pressed asking for buffs for a champion with such a balanced win rate.
WarlockLaw1 votesI think he needs a minor rework, his passive and w have almost no power in them at all while his ult has over half his power budget. He is an outdated champion that is subpar to other similar champions and only unique design is his stealth

Blue Kaozi1 votesTwitch is supposed to be weaker early game, hes a late game hypercarry ADC assassin. When he's ahead, its very hard to dual him since his stealth gives him the element of suprise. I'm not complaining about it, thats what he's meant to do. I dont think he needs buffs.
