Honestly I can see this skin pretty clearly. The abilities fit perfectly on who she is and honestly can be another legendary skin.

Even her name can sound like she is a secret PROJECT that gone wrong and is discovering the new world, not belonging to the rebellion, PROJECTS, or mercenaries. Just her own.

The concept fits her regardless, there are a fair few Project concepts that could work so well.
