Ruh Alev 3.0 The Magic Sovereign ( now with 50% more lore for half the price )

Born in Zaun, when Ruh Alev was young he found it hard to socialize with others and thus avoided people, he would day dream of the outside world and what it was like with all its wonder, but fear of unknown dangers kept him from venturing out on his own. Determined to become strong so he could defend himself he began study on magic so he could leave his life in Zaun and venture to wherever he pleased. so for years he studied and learned, he was a star pupil and had talent but no direction, then he realized, he would get nowhere as long as he was here! With that thought he set out from his home town of Zaun. His first stop was to be in Noxus, then west towards Damacia and a loop back through the Freilord, to Piltover and back to Zaun to stop, study and review was his plan. Noxus looked amazing and filled Ruh Alev with excitement when he first saw it, but a thought crept into his mind, a thought that there were people out to get him in this place, he did his best to shake these thoughts and he even feigned magical impotence so as not to draw attention as he learned, but he never felt easy. After a few months Ruh Alev left Noxus and headed to his next destination, Damacia! it took him much longer than planned to reach his destination for he took many roundabout and pointless passages to make sure anybody following him would lose him. He had been wandering the world for a year now and had learned little to nothing because of his paranoia keeping him from focusing, at every turn he would panic and hide away. eventually he turned to being a bandit of sorts, following people for a few days and stealing from them when the opportunity arose. One night he hears tale of a mage, one with a scroll of unfathomable power, a voice in the back of Ruhs mind spoke and said he had to claim that scroll, that with it he would never have to look over his shoulder again he would finally be safe within his own strength. Filled with this mad will he looked over his works along with any information he had taken from others during his travels, through experimentation with the wildlife and any unfortunate enough to cross his path along the way he had made a discovery! Ruh Alev had learned how to make magic manifest physically, he had learned how to enhance and protect his body using his magic. he decided to alter his own body to make himself stronger, the result is a reptilian man shaped monster with great magical power. during his research and thought, he saw how time flowed from a "new" perspective, "this is my trump card! this is how ill get that scroll!" Ruh Alev exclaimed. And with this new found power came confidence, enough for him to believe he could slay or at least escape from anyone he wanted. Ruh Alevs goal was never to become strong but to become safe. His direction now clear he quests for the rogue mage known as Ryze Ryze, for his safety lies on that mages back!

P.S. i dont know if this lore is good or conflicts with the current lore :3 i know little about the world of Runeterra aside from what i tried to learn for this little story here hehe, lemme know if i have facts that conflict with cannon stuff ok? i re-read it as much as i can and this is as good as i can get it =~= hope its good.

PASSIVE: Spell weaver Ruh Alev can manipulate magic very well and has learned a few tricks, like absorbing magic from fallen enemies. passive: Ruh Alevs basic attacks deal damage equal to 80%AD physical damage and 15%AP magical damage. passive: when Ruh Alev kills a champion he gains +10 maximum mana permanently, he also gains +5 maximum mana on assists and +1 maximum mana on a minion kill.

Q --- Elementary spell Ruh Alev knows how to compress and concentrate magic into dense masses witch he throws at his enemies. a ball of magic that can be charged for up to 3 seconds by casting it, recasting during or within 10 seconds of fully charging fires the blast. if while charging you become struck by an enemy ability that has CC, you lose the charge you have and stop charging. after a fully charged blast has been held for 10 seconds it fades and the charge is lost, but the mana cost is refunded. after charging for 2 seconds or more the attack becomes a wave and pierces through enemies, hitting all in its path. the first target struck by a full charge blast is knocked up for 1 second, subsequent enemies are slowed by 75% witch decays over 1.5 seconds. damage at 0 seconds (10/15/20/25/30 +50%AD) physical damage, range 450. damage at 1 seconds (20/30/40/50/60 +100%AD) physical damage, range 550. damage at 2 seconds (25/35/45/55/65 +110%AD) physical damage and (5/10/15/20/25 +25%AP) magical damage, range 700 width 200. damage at 3 seconds (25/35/45/55/65 +115%AD) physical damage and (15/30/45/60/75 +75%AP) magical damage, range 800 width 250. cost: 30/45/60/75/90 mana cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds

W --- Displacing burst: a magic orb that pushes things away from where they are. ACTIVE: Ruh Alev casts a shrinking orb of magic at a point(max range 450), after a delay(1 second) the orb explodes(range 300), pushing all champions, minions and non-large monsters away(distance 400). enemies caught in the center of the blast are slowed by 50% for 1 second after landing. cost: 70/90/110/130/150 cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds

E --- Mastery over the magical/physical: Ruh Alevs magical mastery extends its reach to the physical realm and gives him the power to better himself, alternatively he can spew raw magic at you in a violent lightning like stream of destruction. TOGGLE --- magical: Ruh Alev continually fires a stream of rushing mana dealing (20/40/55/60/80 +1/2/3/4/5% of maximum mana) magic damage per seconds to the nearest(max range 500) enemy to Ruh Alev, if a minion is being hit by this affect nearby(range 100) enemies take 75% of the damage as well. while toggled to magical Ruh Alev cannot basic attack but can still use his other abilities and charge his Q. TOGGLE --- physical: Ruh Alev gains +20/25/30/40/50 movement speed after each basic attack that decays over 1 second and recovers (1/2/3/4/5 +5%AP) health every 3 seconds. cost while magical: 30/40/50/60/75 mana per second cost while physical: none cooldown: 1 second

R --- Stop time Ruh Alev has learned to move and act between instances in time, resulting in what can only be called the ability to freeze time! ACTIVE: all other creatures, champions and minions cannot move, attack or use abilities nor items for 3/4/5 seconds while Ruh Alev gains +10/20/30% movement speed for the duration. ranged attacks and projectile abilities used during stopped time stop shortly after casting and move as normal once time commences, also any timers stop counting including cooldowns on skills of those affected by this ability. terrain affected by other skills including summoned walls pillars or objects are also stopped in time ( examples: the wall made by Taliyah Taliyahs R or Braum Braums E remain through the stop time effect ) cost: 100/175/250 mana cooldown: 300/240/180
