Aatrox rework? please riot?

has been around since forever, just something...make him "playable" outside of a wacky pick like
Urgot or
Gragas used to be...
just a few suggestions , minor or lesser things that could be done to make him more viable...

passive --- blood well --- its mostly fine as is but, maybe don't COMPLETELY empty it on use? maybe just send it on the cooldown and drain maybe....half of it? at most...

Q --- dark flight --- this ability is...meh...at best right now...i understand knock up is brutal but lets either make it have a faster cast time, or a slightly larger knock up radius. or perhaps we could just remove the knock up circle and add a slow to those caught in the area :o

W --- blood thirst/blood price i see no problem with this skill...its fine as far as i can think. :)

E --- blades of torment --- why not have him swing the sword and preform a mid range wave that damages and slows? or perhaps rework this skill all together... i feel maybe a lunge type skill could work out, maybe a chargeable one :/ perhaps just speeding up the current abilities move speed would work?

R --- massacre --- cool in concept...doesn't work out for him... its the only ability with no AD scaling that

only AP scaling? and honestly, its a lack luster ult anyways...
perhaps a rework like what
Zacs ult got would work out here :)
if no rework then what about like...+30% AD scaling?
or perhaps a passive ult, scoring kills feeds his blade and thus grants him life steal per stack?
(example --- 1 stack per champ kill, 1 stack= 5% life steal, max 5 stacks)
and when he pops ult all stacks are consumed to apply some affect or bonus like +30 AD per stack consumed?
he could then get kills with his ult and get 1 or 2 stacks back :D
maybe not life steal, maybe AP or attack speed or maybe even movement speed :o
anyways these are my thoughts on his current kit and what "could" be done to make him a bit better... lemme hear y'all s suggestions to :D
