New Champion Concept & Creation - Ariel (AP Mage who uses square-shaped magical areas)
Concept: Ariel is a champion who creates areas with magical powers around himself to manipulate the battle in his own ways.
Passive
Areal creates a square-shaped areas with his skill, which comes with 3 different sizes. Enemy champions hit by Ariel's skills are Disrupted, stacking up to 3 times. The third stack consumes them all, dealing 8/12/16% of target champion's missing health.
If Ariel is standing on one of his areas when this happens, he heals himself for 50% of the damage dealt.
This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every 12/8/4 seconds.
Q
Downsize the target area by 1 level, and all enemies standing above the target area are damaged by 70/115/160/205/250 (+0.7 ap) magic damage and are pulled slightly towards the center of the area.

Create a mid-sized area at the target location, and he resonates all areas he has created at the moment, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.55 ap) magic damage to all enemies standing above his areas.
If the new area that is to be created is located too closely to the already-created area, the previous area disappears, but in exchange the newly formed area is created much quicker.
Areas last for 8 seconds and they last 2 seconds longer for each manipulations done to their sizes, up to 4 seconds max.

Upsize the target area by 1 level, and cast a curse on that area dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+0.5 ap) magic damage to all enemy champions standing above it. The curse remains for 4 seconds, and enemies above the area receives 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.15 ap) magic damage per seconds until they get out of the area (still in effect even if the area is manipulated in size afterwards). Enemy champions standing above this area also have their magic resistance reduced by 5/10/15/20/25.

Shoots a ray of energy to the target direction. First enemy hit plus nearby enemies receive 100/200/300 (+0.75 ap) magic damage. First enemy champion hit is covered up with unstable energy, and for next 9 seconds, a mid-sized area is created underneath the hit champion every 3 seconds. After a very short delay, the created area deals 40/80/120 (+0.25 ap) magic damage and slows the enemies above by 40% for 1 second.
