Ebony The Dark Ranger

General Idea: An undead archer. A mid lane AP carry. Range 490. Resources: Black Arrow. Gain 1 Arrow ever 1 sec to maximum of 10 Arrows. Gain 5 Arrows on champion kill, 3 Arrows on assist.

Passive: The Dark Hunt Any character (Epic Monster not included) that die in 600 range of Ebony after a short delay is raised as a undead wolf. The undead has 10% stats of the original character. The undead wolf have 60% movement speed of the original character. The undead attacks the closest enemy. The undead will not switch target utill its current target is dead. The undead will follow Ebony if no target is available. The undead will die if Ebony is more than 700 range from it. Ebony can have maximum of the whole number of (1+ half Ebony's level) undead. The more powerful the undead the bigger it is. If a more powerful undead can be raised when Ebony has maximum amount of undead, the weakest one will be replaced by the new undead. Ebony can creat undead wolfs from fallen undead wolfs.

Q: Dark Fury Cost: 1 Black Arrow per Auto Attack. Toggle has no CD. Toggle.Ebony auto attack does magic damage equal to her 1/1.2/1.4/1.7/2*Ability Power. Dark Fury set Critical Strike chance to 0%. Dark Fury reduce on hit effect to 50% effectiveness.

W: Call of the Hunt No Cost. CD: 30/27/24/20/18. All character in 100 range of Ebony are knock back to 100 range from Ebony and take 50/80/100/140/200(+0.8 AP).Ebony calls all the undead wolfs to her side. The undead wolf surround Ebony. The most power undead always in front of Ebony. The undead re-target after Call of the Hunt.

E: Ranger's Mark Range: 700 Cost:1 Black Arrow CD:30/27/24/20/18 Ebony fires an special arrow that deals 50/80/100/150/200(+1.0 AP) to 1st enemy hit. Re-target and teleport 1/2/3/3/4 strongest undead wolfs to the enemy damage by the Arrow of Doom.

R: Ranger of Night Cost: 5/4/3 Black Arrows CD:150/120/90 sec Ebony sends a Banshee that fly the length of the map. Ebony can reactive it anytime to teleport to the Banshee's location. Upon reactivation Ebony lose all/half/none of her undead wolfs. The Banshee gives vision to 50 range around it. Banshee travels at speed of 1600. The Banshee gives off a global scream for as long as its in fly. The Banshee is only visible in true sight.

Some Clarification: Passive: For example a minion/champion/JG monster that has 100 AD/HP/Armor/Movement speed/etc. will be raised as a undead wolf with 10 AD/HP/Armor/etc. and 60 movement speed. If this undead wolf dies, it will be raised again as a undead wolf with 1 AD/HP/Armor/etc. and 36 movement speed.

All the Numbers can be changed to however its balanced. This is just an idea.

The passive is way too strong. that many wolves, in varied power, would be absolutely bonkers.

because her W deals with her passive, it's broken.

The passive alone is basically instant win, you have an army that can resurrect off of itself to permanently wreck face. Since you only need to be near a death, it doesn't even matter if they can revive themselves off of their old stats. An unrestricted global jump has never bitten the game in the butt before... oh wait TwistedFate Pantheon Nocturne(*). Her Q ap ratio is way too goddamn high, at 700 ap for a normal 6 item build, that is 1400 magic damage per attack, with 10 shots +3/5 if she gets a assist/kill, and all she needs to do is wait 1 second to get another. W is the definition of a cockblock. Oh? You thought you caught me? Nah, I'm just going to knock you away without needing to aim it and put a ton of mobs in your way to body-block. Way too strong in it's self peeling power. Her E's ap ratio is too high considering it also mobs the enemy hit with adds to bodyblock the crap out of them.

*: All of these champions used to have global jumps, now their ults have limited range on super long cooldowns. As a fun fact, TwistedFate's global move used to be ONE OF HIS BASIC ABILITIES.
