Champion Concept: Filianore- The Titan of Time
Background Story: Before Shurima, the great desert was a uninhabited waste land, or so it was believed. Unbeknownst to the people, Shurima is not the first Empire lost in the sand. Long ago the great desert was home to the reclusive people of Polara. The great spires of their marble city is visible hunderds miles away. Many foreigner longed for the chance to visit but none was allow to enter the inner city, for there hid the great secret of the Polara. The Polara had discovered by opening a portal into the void and draw on its energy and materials, they were able to to construct buildings and items with little cost. They call this the art of Void Bond. It is a closely guarded secret of the Polara, and to ensure none can sneak into the city, Kronos, a colossal Void Bond Construct was created to stand guard. Piloted by the city guard it towers over the city gate as a symbol of might and unity. But all who cheats fate are ultimately punished. The proliferation of Void Bond and thus draining from the Void had greatly weaken the barrier between the two worlds. As the fabric between the world unravel, strange event began to take place. Polara randomly disappear into the void and unspeakable horrible like Cho'Gath heralded the invasion from the void. The greatest mind of the Polara decided in order to restort order, a Void Bond great sword that can command the Space Time itself must be created to seal the breach between the worlds. As more and more Polara was falls in battle to void beast, duty of piloting Kronos failed to the Princes Filianore. And at long last when the great witch blade was completed, much of the city was already destroyed. Kronos channels all its energy into the witch blade, and with a great shock, the void was sealed away along with the city and all her inhabitant. All that remained of the once a great people was Filianore. But as she soon discovery, she too was not speared, her soul had been fused with Kronos. She was trapped, doomed to a forever walk the desert alone and purposeless. Until one day, she learned that Cho'Gath has returned to this world. Vengeance burns in her heart, she will find and crash that abomination for her people. And more, if Cho'Gath has returned, that means a rift between this world and the void has open yet again. If she can find it, she can ventureinto the void to seek out her lost city and her lost people. And it is with that purpose and determination, she arrived.
Friend: Kayle, who offer to cleans her people of the corruption of the Void if she ever finds them. Ryze, who offer her the aid of his magic if she ever locates the void rift. Enemy: Cho'Gath and all the unholy spawn of the void.
Appearance: A Massive robotic walker with a massive witch blade. Maybe about the same size of a tower. Slow, be cool if the screen shakes a bit for each step Massive Step she takes. Should have a turn animation, or it be real funny looking a massive robot just turn 180 in 0.1 second. She is made from the Void, therefore should be purplish. Be cool to have a cape but might get in the way of game play.
In Game Role: A front line melee carry that brings a lot of control and damage in a unique and highly telegraphed way. Would Probability best played in middle lane and fill the role as a secondary engage, counter engage and damage dealer.
Ability: Numbers here are Suggested value, the balance team knows more than me of course.
Passive: Kronos The Titian Void Shield: Gains a shield equal to 50% to 90% of Max health Base on Level. This shield will recharge by 1 % max health and increase to 3% if out of combat with champion and monsters for long period of time (30 second). Void Bond: Cannot regain health in anyway other than fountain Regeneration. Colossus: Cannot be Displaced, Stunned, interrupted or Knock Up. Cannot use Boots. Does not receive homeguard bonus Suffers more from Slow (X 1.25). Flash travels shorter distance, Ghost, Exhaust is less effective, does not take damage from ignite (healing debuff stays). Teleport has longer channel time but shorter cooldown.
Q - Chrono Slash Filianore Raise her Witch Blade, after a 1.5 second delay, she slash in a cone in front of her dealing high damage (100/125/150/175/200 + 0.7 AP) to those in her auto attack range while placing those outside her auto attack range but still in range of the skill in 1.5 second Stasis. The Stasis can affect allied unit. As Filianore Raise her Blade Space time in the soon be affected area become unstable and is visible to both team.
W - Dimensional Shift Filianore Stabs her witch blade into the ground and knees. After a long delay (3 second) she teleport to above her target location then land with a strikes dealing high damage in a circle (130/150/175/200/225 + 0.7 AP) to those in auto attack range while Placing those outside of auto attack range while still in range of the skill in a 3 second Stasis. The Stasis can affect allied Unit. Space time Filianore's target location become unstable and is visible to both team.
E - Chrono Blast Filianore Raise her left arm slow time in a cone in front of her, apply a weak slow (10%) all unit (enemy and friendly) . After a 2 second delay, she unleash a wave of unstable Space time in front of her. Those in her auto attack range takes light damage (50/60/70/80/90 + 0.3 AP) and are heavily slowed (60%). Those outside of her auto attack range while still in range of her skill will take heavy damage (330/350/375/400/425 + 1 AP) and placed under Stasis for 2 seconds. While in Stasis enemy will regenerate (200 + .3 AP) health in 2 second. Stasis can affect friendly Unit. Space time in the affected area become unstable and is visible to both team.
R - Witch Blade (Available at level 1, can be leveled up at anytime a skill point is available, can be leveled up 3 times) Passive: Auto Attack can affect units in Stasis, doing so will break the Stasis and deal addition damage (+0.35/.4/.5 AP). Doing so Charge the Witch Blade with Power. The Witch Blade also gain charges over time base on skill level. At Max Charge, the Blade should be visibly glowing with Power. Active: The Witch Blade Unleash its true power Increase range of the first skill cast in next 5 second. If Chrono Slash or Dimensional Shift is casted while the Blade has full charges, it will effect unit already effected by Stasis and reset the cooldown of that skill.
P.S. I am not sure if the Stasis should affect towers. It would be more coherent with the lore if it does but might make tower dive with a jungle gank too easy. What do you think? Leave a Comment Below.
