Riot, A question

I'm super interested in the past champion concepts, and I've got to wonder, why did you cancel some of them? Also, what ideas have you explored in champions that have been scrapped? Replies would be absolutely loved, as well as a reason for omen! Seriously though, I'd do the voice for him if he ever came back XD
