I groaned and sat up, looking upon who spoke. Turned out to be an old timer, one with a flowing beard, and a massive clock next to him. It took me a while to speak, but I managed to ask, " who... what.... what happened?" he grumbled, and crouched down. "Simple. You died. I brought you back. But that's not the biggest question here. The big question is, why did you hold back?" I blinked. "Sir, understand me when I say, what in devils name do you speak of when you say, 'you brought me back'?" the old man seemed to age 50 years, with a single groan. " My ability is to rewind time, to hold the gates so that history plays out. Normally, I don't bring mortals back to life, but your job isn't finished yet. Now, back to my question: why did you hold back?" The concept of a man reviving me from death still bewildered me. " so, I'm not dead?" "Bloody nagakeorous.... OF COURSE NOT. NOW ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION." I jumped a bit, which then caused me to groan, and clench the fresh cut on my chest. he sighed. "Apologies youngster, wrap your wound up in this, it'll stop the bloodflow" He tossed me a bandage, which I snatched up. "So... why did you hold back?" I looked down. " even though a criminal, he's still my brother... I can't cut him down cold blood" The old man looked at me strangly. " you realize that your brother wasn't lying, right?" "About what?" " your brother is innocent. The murderer was a noxian." I stared. "How do you know this?" the man squinted at me : "Do you kid? Child,I've traveled the timezones more than that street kid with the baseball bat. I've seen multiple ways this could end. And I tell you, the murderer has repented many times over. She regrets her wrongdoings. And she is the key to victory in the next war." I stopped wrapping my bandage. " you said my job wasn't complete yet. Did you mean...?" he nodded. " stop your brother. This time, it must be at all costs. The girl you are looking for is in the league of legends, as well as your brother. Hurry along." I blinked. "I just got revived from death 5 minutes ago, by a man who is telling me he traveled through time. He's then telling me that the murderer that turned my brother into an exile is good. And this murderers life is far more important than my brothers. And both are in a justice like arena. How do you expect me to believe what you say?" he groaned. " child, are you NOT ALIVE? NOW PICK UP YOUR BLADE AND LEAVE." he had a fair point. I crouched, and picked up my blade. The clouds above me rumbled, and I felt the pleasant jolts run through my arm again. Brother, please don't be rash. This time, I won't hold back.
KIT
passive: power of the stormcaller. Auto attacks and taking damage from enemy champions/ epic monsters cause yone to generate surge. At 100 surge, the next damaging spell yone gets hit with damages the enemy by a small amount ranging from a maximum of 50-300 damage (pending on level). Taking damage from an enemy spell removes all surge. At 100 surge, yone gets a boost to his ability power, from 35-150 (Pending on level). In addition, all of tones basic attacks scale off his ability power, by 75%.
Q-booming thunder Yone slices his blade in a small arc in front of him. Enemies who are in this arc are momentarily stopped in their tracks. Casting booming thunder gives 1 stack of " thunderclap". If booming thunder is cast while yone has 2 stacks of thunderclap, then booming thunder throws down a bolt of lightning that stuns anything in a straight line for 1 second. Doing this clears all stacks of thunderclap. If yone has 1 stack of thunderclap, he can auto attack to discharge a small jolt of lightning in his auto attack, dealing bonus damage, while slowing the enemy struck. This ability cool down is reduced with attack speed, up to a minimum of 2 seconds.
w- lightning rod Yone throws out a bolt of lightning that minorly slows an enemy champion it hits for 1 second. Lightning rod can absorb and intersect projectiles, increasing the travel length and speed of this skill. If lightning rod has absorbed/ intercepted projectiles on its way, it will turn the slow into a stun. The more projectiles, the longer the stun. If lightning rod hits an enemy champion, the skill disaperates. Lightning rod will stun minions and monsters.
e - stormcloud might (note: think range like ryzes q, but slightly shorter) yone can choose an enemy with this skill. When he does, yone roots himself as he charges up his blade. After .5 seconds, if the target is still in range, yone will blink to in front of his target and land a staggering blow, stunning his target for 1.5 seconds, then massively slowing his target for .5 seconds. If the target is killed , stormcloud might's cool down is refreshed. This skill execute minions below 100 hp. If his target leaves the range Of stormcloud might, then yone is slowed for 2 seconds. If yone takes damage from champions during his chargeup, stormcloud might's channel is increased, up to a maximum of 1.5 seconds.
R - Thunder field This skill can only be done to stunned champions. Yone can leap into battle on a target champion. When yone lands, he creates a thunder field in a small area where he lands, massively slowing all who are in it. After 1.5 seconds of thunder field's casttime, s massive lightning bolt strikes down in thunderfield, rooting enemy champions inside the field. Yone will deal a bonus 50% damage to all those inside thunderfield. Thunderfield lasts for 5 seconds.
