Petition to swap Zigg's passive and Kog's passive

lets do a rundown on both passives right now. ZIGGS: once every 12 seconds, your auto attacks do bonus magic damage. Casting an ability lowers this passive's cooldown by 4-6 seconds. KOGMAW: You die, you have a short time to run around before you explode and do true AOE damage.

The concept of giving ANYONE a passive that rewards dying is absurd, really. But if we're having a passive that makes you explode, then why not put it on the champion thats themed on bombs? I mean he already explodes in his death animation, why not make it so he can run around a bit, then do aoe damage? Also, by giving Kogmaw ziggs' passive, it would increase kogmaw's auto attack damage. Since kog has decent AP scalings, it wouldnt be useless when building kog AP, and it provides some extra "catch up" damage after firing off your ult a few times, if building att speed/ad. ziggs' passive would better fit kogmaw's, and vice versa. is this just me?

Also Kog's passive is useless no matter if you put it onto Ziggs or keep it on Kog'Maw himself. Ziggs and Kog'Maw are meant to be mid-long range mages. In the case of Kog'Maw he can ADC. Kog'Maw's passive is just bad considering that it doesn't provide retribution when those that kill you probably have movement speed boosts or mobility abilities.
