Champion Concept: E.N.D.
These ideas came from the shower. Straight up.
E.N.D. should be played as an ad melee assasin in the jungle, and is exceptional at picking off solo kills.
Passive: Unending fear When the marked enemy champion is killed, enemy champions around the killed champion are feared for 1.5 seconds. E.N.D. is then stealthed for 2 seconds, while gaining a short burst of movement speed ( think .75 seconds of speed).
Q- Approaching Death E.N.D. dooms his marked opponent's future, causing all damage dealt to this champion to not appear instaneously. Instead, E.N.D.'s damage dealt to the marked champion appears as grey health only to E.N.D., E.N.D.'s allies, and unmarked enemy champions. After 1.5-2.5 seconds ( depending on level of ability)/ OR by reactivating the ability,the damage is popped, dealing 75%-125% of the grey damage ( depending on level of ability). This is a self buffing ability ( or an enemy debuff: however you want to think of it)
W- Clueless Prey E.N.D. marks an enemy champion for death. This can be done globally, but E.N.D. must be able to see his prey for 2 seconds. The enemy champion/ enemies will not know if anyone is marked. HOWEVER, if E.N.D. reveals himself to the marked champion ( be it he is seen by a ward or such), enemies besides the marked champion will be able to see the mark. E.N.D. can not change his target until his marked champion "cheats" death, and kills E.N.D himself, or if E.N.D. kills the marked champion. E.N.D.'s basic autos against the chosen champion will chip away at the marked champion's armor, stacking up to 5 times. E.N.D. passively gets movement speed while running towards the marked champion. Marking takes 1 minute to complete.
E- Unknown Entrance
E.N.D. shrouds himself for 3-5 seconds ( pending on level of skill). The marked enemy champion can not see E.N.D. during this time. All of E.N.D.'s autos against the marked champion increase the stealth duration by .5 seconds. If E.N.D. successfully gets 3 autos off, the enemy champion is then briefly slowed. However, this slow is massive, nearly crippling ( Nasus level slow), and the marked enemy takes bonus damage for 2 seconds.
R- Final confrontation 7 sec /9 secs/ 13 secs E.N.D. makes himself visible ONLY to the marked champion. Enemy champions who are not marked can not see E.N.D., even with pink wards/ turrets( turrets can still aggro E.N.D. however). The marked enemy champion is completely visible during this time, meaning the marked champion can not stealth/ go in fog of war. E.N.D. can not damage enemy champions that arent marked during this time. BOTH E.N.D. and the marked champion take 130% damage from each other. Enemy champions can STILL damage E.N.D., but E.N.D. takes 90% reduced damage from unmarked champions. This ult can only occur after 2.5 minutes of marking a champion.
when playing against E.N.D.
As broken as this seems, this encourages people fighting E.N.D. to constantly ward/ look at the mini map. Solo lanes can die instantly from E.N.D. without warning, but while a marked champion cant see E.N.D. during his Unknown Entrance, allies can on the mini map. So constant map awareness can easily shut down E.N.D.
Never go alone! even if you trust your teammates with the minimap, E.N.D. can still burst you down without you knowing he's even there!
If you are marked, and Final Confrontation is used, you have 2 options: try to kill E.N.D., or try to run away for as long as you can. Remember: E.N.D. passively gets movement speed while running towards marked enemy champions, so running may prove to be difficult.
When you see your teammate being chased by E.N.D. in a teamfight, you may want to run from your teammate! E.N.D.'s passive causes an AOE fear, so if it looks too bad, trying to help may make things worse!
Trust your teammates. If theyre douchey, then i dont know how you can win.
when playing AS E.N.D.
making sure you arent visible to the enemy is important! bring sweepers with you, and have allies walk ahead and scout. E.N.D. is quite squishy once he's locked down, so you can't be reckless.
In teamfights, try to lock down squishies, as bursting them down will cause an AOE fear. If there are no squishies, remember that marked champions have their armor chipped by E.N.D.'s autos!
