EDIT: Her name is actually Pareseuse, because she is feminine (thanks to Auryiel for the tip!)

Background: Paresseuse (pair-REH-soos) is an entry for the February MCCC, Bastion of Sin (If you are interested in joining the competition, it is at this link: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/Fy4V3Ydo-february-mccc-a-bastion-of-sin ). Her kit will be focused on the deadly sin of sloth. I will be working on this project for quite a while, so please keep in mind that this is mostly a WIP concept.

Design Philosophy: The challenge for this MCCC has certain requirements for each sin depending on which one you chose. Paresseux is a slothful champion, and the requirement is for an ability that makes you stronger for standing still/remaining in the same area. In my mind, that fits the role of a supportive area control/zoning/utility fighter. She will have distinct advantages when in her little areas of dominance, but will also be vulnerable when out of her element. Because of this, I really want to hone in on the idea of "the immovable object" champion, so she will lack much in the way of mobility or roaming power, but will make up for it with her impressive control over lanes and how she can dominate a fight if she is given the opportunity to set up before hand.

Lore: TBD

Stats: Range: 125

Kit/Abilities: Passive, Natural Revelry: When Paresseuse stands still for 2 seconds, she becomes immune to displacement and causes the area around her to burst with natural energy, creating an AOE buff (half effect for allies). The buff's effects are increased in in area and strength depending on how long she stays in one place (up to 5 seconds, +25% additional range and strength per additional second spent in place). Additionally, the buff gains a bonus effect based on the last ability she uses before the passive effect activates. Base stats: 20/40/60% base health regen, +2/4/6% MS, +2/4/6% AD. Max stats: 35/70/105% base health regen, 3.5/7/10.5% MS, +3.5/7/10.5% AD.

Q, :

W, Bounty: Passive: Whenever Paresseuse kills a unit, she stores a fraction of their life force. When she has stored 25 stacks a consumable is created in an open item slot. Activating this consumable gives her permanent bonus stats. She can sell this item in the store for gold as well. If she has no open slots, the bounty consumable is immediately activated. This item can stack in her inventory up to 5 times. Stacks per unit: 1 for small minions/monsters, 2 for large minions/monsters, 3 for champion assists, 5 for champion kills. Stats given: 20/25/30/35/40 HP, 10/12.5/15/17.5/20 Mana, 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 AD. Sell value: 75 gold.

I assume that you chose your champion's name based on the fact that it means lazy in French (or it would be a HELL of a coincidence :P)

Just wanna point out that there is in fact a feminine version of the word, which is paresseuse, in case you didn't know :) I'm just mentioning this because the champ is female and maybe you'd be interested by that ^_^
