Kled needs all powers changed when dismounted

when is mounted he has all four abilities available but when he is knocked off he loses 2 of them with Q changing. his E and his R should also change so he is not at a disadvantage when up close.

dismounted E: bolo snare. Kled throws a bolo snare in a direction and any champion caught is slowed by 75% for 2 seconds. usage cooldown: 5 seconds. ammo recharge: 30 seconds. 2 snares max

R: Battle cry. Kled lets out a loud war cry and him and all allies near him gain the following benefits: all non-ult cooldowns are refreshed, increased AD, AP, and atk spd for 5 seconds, and Kled himself restores 50% courage.

Cooldown: 150 seconds (shared with mounted cooldown)

Why the fuck would he need a 75% slow when he moves at the speed of fuckin light on foot

only when chasing. when running away that extra 110 speed don't trigger. so using a bolo to slow the opponent down so he can run and live.

which is hard to do when you are two powers down. he needs his full kit, even if it gets changed when on foot, to be able to stay aggressive. you try playing your favorite champ but are not allowed to use your ult and one other power, leaving you only two basic abilities to use. hard to do ain't it?

Sorry, but no. The weakness when dismounted is to make up for the fact that he's ridiculous when mounted. You need to make the choice to abuse your power window and push a fight to the end or, failing that, follow up with the new utility offered when you've been dismounted and both you and your opponent are low.

That's why the dismounted Q is just so cool and great for outplays with the pushback. You aren't meant to fight for extended periods without Skaarl, and it's crazy easy to get him back anyways.

when his passive is off cooldown yes. but if you are unable to remount after a fiasco then you are pretty much screwed unless you recall. which you probably wont do when kled himself is at full health.
