Using this as a link between all my concepts, so me and others can easily navigate through them. Adding in minor details about each champ in case people just want to find something that captures their attention.

20: Kra'Abrul, Guardian of the Seas

Alignment: Lawful|Neutral Region: Ocean/Targon Roles: Jungle, Top Builds: Tank, AP, AP Bruiser Synopsis: Tanky AP Jungler type champion. Armor grants bonus Ability Power, but slows effect him more. Pull enemies close with Q. Ride the wave with W. Pop up unannounced with E. Do your little rain dance with R to buff yourself up. DOB: 12/25/2018


19: Qazi, Arbiter of the Sands

Alignment: Lawful|Neutral Region: Shurima Roles: Top, Jungle Builds: AD, Tank, AD Bruiser, AP, AP Bruiser Synopsis: More of an atk spd focused tank for the most part. Gain bonus movement and atk spd after getting cc'd. Apply on-hits with Q. Shield yourself with W and root enemies who hit you. Make a big bell with E that radiates pain outward and stuns enemies if hit enough. Use R as a stylish finisher. DOB: 12/25/2018


18: Farosa, The Wicked Shaman

Alignment: Neutral|Evil Region: Jungle Roles: Support Builds: Utility, AP Synopsis: Utility focused support, power based on other champions' actions. Heal or damage enemies when they attack units, engage fights with great tenacity, shield you and an ally or just yourself to damage enemies. Use R for some great spooky skill-shot time. DOB: 12/24/2018


17: Terunis, Aspect of Runeterra

Alignment: Lawful|Good Region: Zaun/Piltover | Runeterra Roles: All Builds: All Synopsis: Champion with 1 ability or effect from each region in Runeterra. Swap between human and aspect mode. DOB: 12/23/2018


16: Emnul, The Sacred Acolyte

Alignment: Lawful|Neutral Region: Shurima Roles: Sup Builds: Utility, AP Synopsis: Late-game oriented support. Stops rush ganks with grounding passive. Heals ALL units in an area. Makes champions into ghosties to negate physical and amplify magical damage against them. Causes semi-permanent buffs to target stats, until units die. DOB: 12/21/2018


15: Domis, Winter's Call

Alignment: Neutral|Good Region: Freljord Roles: Bot, Mid Builds: On-Hit, Atk Spd, AP Synopsis: ADC who focuses in Ability Power. Able to hit 2-6 enemies at once using W. Make enemies play hot potato with Q. Swaps AR and MR around with E. R increases allies movement speed and ground enemies, once low enemies will freeze solid briefly. Passive adds a delayed damage for after you finish trading with enemies. Q explosion will activate the delayed damage instantly. DOB: 12/19/2018


14: Weis & Cyn, The Banished Twins

Alignment: Chaotic|Good/Chaotic|Neutral Region: Ionia/Shadow Isles Roles: Sup Builds: Utility, AP Synopsis: Twins that share the same body, or trade off anyway. Different skills for different twins. Their E's can both affect the other's skills. One is help support driven, the other is damaging support. Swap between the two often for crazy spell results. DOB: 12/16/2018


13: Atlas, The Spellsmith

Alignment: Lawful|Good Region: Demacia Roles: Mid/Top Builds: AP/ AP Bruiser Synopsis: Sword slinging spell caster. Can only deal Physical damage outside of Ignite. Gains stronger attacks with swords. Rains swords from the sky. All abilities contribute to his passive. R enhances abilities. DOB: 12/15/2018


12: Freid, The Veiled Mercenary

Alignment: Chaotic|Good Region: Piltover Roles: Bot Builds: On-hit, AD Synopsis: Atk Spd focused ADC, relying on on-hit damage. Reduced Bonus ad by 25% and max of 3.0 Atk Spd. Semi-Spell shield. Unique trail of sight. Shadows that block enemies and grant bonuses while nearby. 1-6 shot Ability. DOB: 12/13/2018


11: Helios, The Dying Flame

Alignment: Chaotic|Evil Region: Noxus Roles: Support, Top, Mid, Jungle Builds: AP Bruiser, AP, Tank Synopsis: Tanky Magic damage dealer, can heal allies once lvl 6. Offers unique Lethality/Magic Pen buff for allies. Causes bushes to burn for a set time, offering lots of map control. R turns him suicidal, think Brand meets Kog'Maw. DOB: 12/11/2018


10: Xul'Ka, The Island Shaper

Alignment: Neutral|Good Region: Serpentine Delta Roles: Support, Top, Jungle Builds: AD Bruiser, Tank, AD Synopsis: Tanky Melee. Doesn't grant vision to allies until they prove their worth. Can offer bonuses when worth is proven, via dancing. Map wide grounding. Destroys impassable Walls. Throws things, like almost anything. DOB: 12/10/2018


9: Omri, The Wonderful

Alignment: Chaotic|Neutral Region: Freljord Roles: Support, Mid Builds: Utility, AP, AD, Hybrid Synopsis: Troll Champ. Mimicing passive allows the use of nearly all abilities in League. Invisible geysers knock enemies up. Charm-like ability grants movement control briefly instead. Roaming ability offers invisibility vision towards champions. Poro King! DOB: 12/08/2018


8: Quest, Icathia's Blade

Alignment: Lawful|Good Region: Icathia Roles: Top Builds: AD, AD Bruiser, Hybrid Synopsis: Ability focused bruiser. Similar to Riven in ability weaving. Stances change how abilities act. R deals damage based off of his missing life. DOB: 12/06/2018


7: Vesper, The Cursed Memory

Alignment: Neutral|Evil Region: Shadow Isles Roles: Support, Mid Builds: Utility, AP Synopsis: Magic support, utility based. Shorter and longer death timers. Shield enemies for damage. Cure CC and teleport short distances. Pull in enemies repeatedly with R. Grant a lag-like debuff to confuse enemies. DOB: 12/04/2018


6: Tay'Eth, Heart of the Void

Alignment: Lawful|Evil Region: The Void Roles: Top, Mid, Jungle Builds: AP, AP Bruiser, Tank, On-Hit Synopsis: Close range life shredding champ. Great at DOT, but not very bursty. Grows in power over time by killing units. Hurdle towards champions. Suck in and breath out larger void energy. Forget attack speed and AD. DOB: 12/03/2018


5: Xenos, The Unholy Scavenger

Alignment: Chaotic|Neutral Region: Runeterra Roles: Jungle, Top Builds: AD, AD Bruiser, AP, Hybrid Synopsis: Roaming jack of all trades. Loot all the bodies. Chase enemies with a really slow orb. Burst out from the wall for a surprise. Disable enemy items for a change. DOB: 12/03/2018


4: Faeris, The Twisted Scourge

Alignment: Lawful|Evil Region: Bilgewater Roles: Mid Builds: AP Synopsis: Mana focused mage, great for fighting mana users. Drain the mana of targets hit. Use mana as damage reduction. Block off enemies with long walls that come from the walls. Whip it, whip it real good. DOB: 12/01/2018


3: Phylix, The Hexmage

Alignment: Chaotic|Neutral Region: Shurima/Zaun Roles: Mid Builds: AP Synopsis: Critical damage spell user. Bounce your Q around for more damage. Build CDR for spell crit chance, no actual CDR available. Reflect spells with a giant mirror. Burst damage from off walls. Interrupt everything in a large area. DOB: 11/29/2018


2: Detias, The Ethereal Blade

Alignment: Lawful|Evil Region: Shadow Isles Roles: Top, Mid, Jungle Builds: AP Bruiser, AP, Tank Synopsis: Tanky magic damage dealer. Gain brief defenses after killing enemies. Spin swords around for damage or shoot out for spicy true damage. Rain down a million blade that stick around for additional damage. DOB: 11/28/2018


1: Umbra, The Grim Pupputeer

Alignment: Neutral|Good Region: Zaun/Shadow Isles Roles: Bot, Mid Builds: AD, AP, Hybrid Synopsis: Melee Ranged ADC. Swing your puppet around to get him over to enemies, otherwise good luck hitting them. Disarm enemies. Teleport that puppet around. Stun people with strings. Pull yourself to freedom with unique R interaction. DOB: 11/26/2018

I've put up a couple myself over the last week or so...not keeping up with you in any form, but at least I'm figuring out more on stat balance from having a dozen works to look at. [slayer-jinx-catface]

Champion with passive or ability that can remove bushes for a brief time.

Sounds like an Ionian wood weaver. Or, perhaps, the opposite of one, since wood weavers exist to shape the natural world to our liking while still respecting it. Completely removing the brush may be seen as disrespectful. Maybe an Ionian that joined Noxus during the invasion that uses their natural magics for harm rather than good?

2-in-1 Champion who lets you swap between the two, kinda like Nidalee R functionality-wise.

My only real idea for this one would probably be siblings. I do have a concept similar to this, but its more of a Kindred style deal and not 2 separate champions in one.

I really hope you somehow get picked up by Riot in designing champs, They're all pretty solid concepts each bringing something new to the game without coming off as overpowered, or can easily be adjusted so as not to become overpowered/annoying to deal with.

Haha and i only wish they made a character tester it would be amazing but sadly we're gonna have to code it our selves before that happens. And always good to meet more wow fans #FOR THE HORDE even though night elf are the coolest things in Warcraft 3.

Your concepts are magnificent, just as 4 Step Cadence's are. I think there's room in the League for some of these creations.
