A support harpy character

So many discussions about a harpy character, eh? Why not? Especially one that can look like in the image attached - a native american with (facial paintings). Her other skins can be perhaps Samba with colourful feathers. Another one can be Raven Queen - her feathers dark black and she would be dressed in leather. Her passive can be fact claw attack or something. Her Q - throwing darts that deal damage to several nearby enemies. Her W - high flying over enemy minions, which will not be able to hit her. Her E - throwing a tomahawk to the enemy champion and stuns him/her or something alike. Her R - making a power wind wave by her wings that sends the enemy units back.
