Imagine if cosmetics where more fair

I know, I know before some of you go straight to comments and say "Cosmetics are purely for the business side of league, they use it to make money so they prioritize popular champs, so it's completely fair" and yada yada I want you to just imagine.

Imagine each champion got at least one emote, instead of Jinx getting four (or more, I've actually lost count) and Karthus STILL being left in the dust

Imagine each champion got at least one quality legendary skin, instead of Darius getting two before a majority of the champions even get one.

Imagine if all champions who where not in the rework list got their textures updated... like Jax Riven Ashe Soraka etc...

Imagine if the community got to vote on what top laner would get the next ultimate since they where skipped last time.

Imagine that all of the champions who have 6, 7, 8, or more skins where for once just left alone while the champions with only 2, 3, or 4 had more attention given to them. Kled

Or better yet, what if they simply updated old skins.

Just imagine how wonderful it would be for the cosmetics to actually be distributed evenly. I don't know why I'm posting a discussion about this, honestly a majority of the champions I play have more than enough skins. I just thought it was an interesting idea. I've been thinking about this since riot said way back when that they where creating new skins for Shen AurelionSol and others that where neglected.

The skin isn't build around the champion, Artists simply draw what comes to mind. It's not as simple as deciding on a champion and going off of that.

There are also champions that are simply easier to draw skins for as their design is more simplistic or allows for more freedom in ideas compared to others, just look at Zac who is a gelatinous blob compared to Garen who is a frankly simplistic looking soldier, one is a lot easier to draw new designs on than the other, keeping in mind that each skins also still needs for feel unique while keeping true to the champion. Like honestly there is quite a process to how making skins works and while I agree that champions shouldn't simply be forgotten and do deserve their own skins, some champions are simply easier to make skins for.

(there's also popularity of course but lets not get into that cuz that's just a whole box of nasty sitting right for opening.)

99% community thinks as u do, but noone cares about a champ who is played for 1% of games
