Skin idea 2 - Winter Wonder Cass

Snake portion could be a grey color, but with snowflakes and wintery lines on it. How do i describe it? Think Karma. Her legs light up when she ults. Think that on a snake. Human form of her has a white coat on. But not like a coat coat. One of those coats that has holes all over it on purpose. ice sickles as earrings, and a ice crown as a hat sorta thing.

Q - cold winds form together to make a mini blizzard. W - Purple-ish ice that sparkles. E - two sharp ice sickles R - forms a blizzard in a cone that freezes everyone.
