Dulla & Hanzo

**Lore: **

In life, much like other Noxian generals, Dulla had a lust for blood and battle. But in addition to that, he also was obsessed with collecting and using the finest armor from around the world. When word reached him of a legendary Ionian Blacksmith named Hanzo who's armor and weapons were said to be rivaled by none, Dulla sent a messenger to request a full set of armor and a sword from the master smith. Naturally against aiding an enemy of Ionia, Hanzo refused.

Upon hearing of his denial, Dulla set out to capture the stubborn smith and force him to create for him the greatest set of equipment the world had ever seen. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately for him in the end, Dulla's raiding ship was attacked during the harrowing and sunk, killing Dulla and his men. Recognizing Dulla's strength and avarice though, the Shadow Isles gave him a new life as a specter, and with his new life Dulla returned to Ionia and captured the soul of Hanzo, enslaving him and forcing the blacksmith to forever work for Dulla.

Unfortunately for Dulla, the armor crafted by the spectral smith does not remain in this realm for long, fading after its been used for a short while, and so Dulla takes the floating spirit of Hanzo with him into battle, constantly crafting armor for the ravenous general.

Appearance:

A large swordsman resembling an Ionian Styled Dullahan (get it, dulla-hanzo, heh... heh) in full armor, Dulla is followed by the floating disembodied spirit of Hanzo, constantly crafting him equipment. While Dulla is Noxian, the armor Hanzo crafts is Ionian, so imagine him looking more bloodmoon styled with the armor equipped.

**Kit: **

Passive: Scourge's Armor:

Dulla gains +10 armor and magic resist for each piece of armor Hanzo equips to him. When all pieces of armor are equipped, the duration of each piece is reset and all of Dulla's abilities are replaced with a one time use ultimate that AOE fears around Dulla for X amount of time and removes all pieces of armor. Hanzo is also scared off, and will not return for 20 seconds to reequip any armor.

Spectral armor fades after X seconds when equipped.

Q - Genji Gauntlets:

Hanzo equips gauntlets to Dulla, who then reaches out with a large spectral hand and cleaves in target direction, knocking targets aside in the direction cast.

Dulla also gains X% attack speed while equipped.

W - Grandmaster's Mail:

Hanzo equips armor and a helmet to Dulla, While equipped, Dulla regenerates X% missing health per second and passively reduces incoming damage by X%.

When first activated, it also reduces the cooldown of the other pieces by X seconds.

E - Unrelenting Greaves:

Hanzo equips boots to Dulla, giving him bonus tenacity and increasing his movement speed by X%.

When first activated, Dulla gains a larger burst of movement speed.

R - Hanzo's Masterpiece:

Hanzo equips a huge spectral greatsword to Dulla, cleaving in a wide arc and slowing units hit when first cast. The initial cleave has 30% life steal.

While equipped, Dulla gains X bonus attack range and his auto attacks cleave for X% of their damage.

Playstyle:

Somewhat weak and lacking in mobility with no armor equipped, Dulla becomes an unstoppable force as he gains pieces of armor. Q allows him to push aside those in the way of the enemy back line and E keeps him moving quick while he chases his target. During laning, W will be important in managing damage taken while farming, while also helping him take some harass last hitting. Once equipped with his ultimate, Hanzo's masterpiece, Dulla can take on groups of people that would be foolish enough to face him. After he dives, if things become too hot for him to handle, he can remove all of his armor with his passive's ability, AOE fearing everyone around him while he uses the time to escape, or just finish off his target in unarmored form. While strong, using his passive leaves Dulla somewhat vulnerable until Hanzo returns to equip more armor pieces to him.

Weaknesses: While being resourceless and only having to manage his armor equipped, careful use of each piece is very important. After level 6, if Dulla wants to use his AOE fear, he needs to make sure all of his abilities are available, so careful management of cooldowns is important to maximize the best use of his AOE fear. While Dulla has high points of being very strong while equipped in armor, if he chooses to blow it all off with his AOE fear, he's left vulnerable for a somewhat long amount of time until Hanzo returns. While it can be useful for securing a kill, sometimes its better to just let the armor fade without activating the fear so that he can use his abilities again sooner. The fear is definitely an ALL IN, THIS IS IT ability. Dulla players will have to make careful use of his powered up state and then retreat until he can re enter the battle once his armor is available again and to avoid being caught out in his unarmored state.
