A very interesting point

I was talking to a friend of mine earlier today, and it came up in our conversation that noone in league actually fights using a whip. Yes...thresh uses a chain scythe and lantern...and that's the closest anyone really comes to it.

So, if you want a more classical idea for the game using a weapon (and potentially new kit stemming thereof) that you haven't used yet, he makes a very valid point. I know this isn't TECHNICALLY giving you a full concept of anything in particular, but with this point being left here on this page, I'm sure the rest of the community along with you rioters can come up with a ton of REAL ideas after some collaborating. Swords, guns, and void monstrosities are nice and all, but in complete fairness, my friend is correct in saying there's a lot of things that can still be made, and that this is just one thing in particular he found was odd.
