When you remade the mages, you took spell vamp out of the game (RIP)

But I still can get spell vamp. The runes are still there. Is that to say that you intentionally left spell vamp runes to give us something, or that you forgot spell vamp runes existed? Don't worry...until my girlfriend showed me them in the shop, I did too.

Spell Vamp was not taken out of the game. It was removed from ITEMS.
