Champion Concept: Reg, The Darkin Cloak

Lore: Long ago the great warlord mordekaiser was beheaded by a thief whose name was lost to history. Centuries later a man claiming to be that thief has arrived on the plains of Runeterra and warns of an impending march by that once thought dead revenant.

Passive: Taan, the Darkin Cloak: Reg long ago took control of a Darkin weapon that he now uses as a weapon against his enemies. Once every few seconds Taan allows Reg to make an auto attack that does bonus magic damage scaling with level and greed stacks that also briefly turns him invisible and stealing some movement speed from the enemy. hitting enemy champions with Reg's abilities resets this timer.

Q: Under the Cover of Night: Reg dashes in a target direction, stopping and dealing magic damage from where he left and where he lands. If Reg is alo unseen by the enemy he can use this ability to break out of any Crowd Control effect. at 5 stacks of greed, Reg can cast this ability twice per use. At 15 his dash also applies on-hit effects

W: loose hands: Loose hands is split into to parts a passive and an active. Passively whenever Reg scores a takedown on an enemy champion that enemy drops a coin bag. Reg can collect this coin bag to get a sly sack of gold and to gain a stack of greed. When activated Reg Uses Taan to quickly attack all enemies in his vicinity, slowing them. At 5 stacks of greed Reg's w enhances his passive granting it a slightly increased duration. at 10 stacks loose hands deals bonus magic damage based on missing health. Greed increases Reg out of combat movement speed and enhances his abilites.

E: Mark: Reg grants himself a burst of movement speed and enhances his next auto attack so that it deals bonus magic damage and has massively increased range, Reg also marks the enemy hit as a target. The next auto attack by an ally champion other than Reg consumes the mark and heals the ally and Reg. at 10 stacks the consuming the mark also does bonus magic damage based on its rank. At 20 stacks reg can pop the marks himself granting him twice the heal.

R: Grand Theft: Reg dashes forward a great distance before Jumping up into the air while dashing and jumping onto a target location. After landing, Reg uses Taan to steal from enemy champions a portion of their attack damage and ability power scaling on his own ap.
